Summary:

On October 30, 2020, the Perris Union High School (District) and California School Employees Association, and it's Chapter Perris Valley 469 entered in a Memorandum of Understanding concerning CSEA members and the District’s decision to bring in-person, stabilized, small group cohorts of students back to school for targeted, specialized support and services. Subsequently, the Board approved the Agreement at its December 16, 2020 board meeting. On February 10, 2021, the District took action to extend the Distance Learning instructional model to all students for the remainder of the 2020-21 school year. The District and CSEA met on February 25, 2021, and agreed that the In-Person target, Specialized Support, and Services (“COHORTS”) be extended through June 30, 2021. The details of this Agreement are in the attached document.
