Summary:
|
The Perris Union High School District (PUHSD) has requested a proposal from PJHM Architects (PJHM) to provide architectural design and planning services for the Human Resources Renovation and Remodel Project. This is a continuation of the original planning for this project that was not able to be constructed in 2018. The architectural services being provided by PJHM will include the reconfiguring of the floorplan and office space layout that was previously developed in 2018, to align with the current needs of the Human Resources (HR) Department. These changes are necessary to create spaces that better serve HR visitors as well as create a more functional layout of offices and employee workspaces. PJHM’s services will also include the necessary engineering services to update the fire, electrical and plumbing systems in HR. The services provided by PJHM Architects include the development of accurate as-built drawings, the preparation of new floor plans, the development of construction documents and plans for bidding this project, as well as the coordination of a color sample board and construction administration services during the project duration. These services will be provided at a cost not to exceed $31,000.

The cost for this item is included in the 2021-2022 operating budget funded through the General Fund.
