Summary:
|
The District would like to enter into a maintenance Agreement with West Coast Energy Systems LLC. for the maintenance of emergency generators at various school sites districtwide. The services being provided will be the three (3) year Standard Maintenance Plan with quarterly services. This plan includes three (3) inspections and one (1) major service per year for the emergency generators at Liberty High School, Paloma Valley High School, Perris High School, and the District Administrative Center.
This Agreement shall be for three (3) years from October 20, 2022, through October 18, 2025, at a cost not to exceed $10,064 per year.

Funding:
|
The cost of this item will be included in the 2022-23, 2023-24, and 2024-25 operating budgets funded through the Maintenance Fund, not the General Fund.

It is recommended that the Board of Trustees approve the Multi-Year Agreement with West Coast Energy Systems, LLC for the maintenance of emergency generators.
