Summary:
|
The Perris High School Associated Student Body (ASB) has chosen to contract with PD Special Events in order to retain a location for the 2025 and 2026 Perris High School Prom.
The 2025 prom will be held at the Pavillion at The Navy Golf Course, Cypress, CA on Saturday, May 3, 2025. The cost is $94 per person with a minimum guarantee of 400 attendees for a cost of $37,600. The maximum attendees will not exceed 500 for a cost of $47,000. The selection of this venue has been approved by the 2024-25 Senior Class students and ASB Advisor.
The selection of a multi-year Agreement with PD Special Events would extend the terms and conditions of the contract for Prom 2026 and allow for the Perris High School Associated Student Body to receive the following benefits in doing so:
$1 off per person for Prom 2025
Complimentary DJ for up to 4 hours per school year
Complimentary centerpieces (rentals) for Prom 2025 and Prom 2026
The cost for the 2026 Prom is contingent upon venue selection; venue for Prom 2026 is yet to be determined.

The cost for this item will be included in the 2024-25 and 2025-26 operating budgets funded through the Perris High School Associated Student Body Fund, not the General Fund.

It is recommended that the Board of Trustees approve the Multi-Year Agreement with PD Special Events for the 2025 and 2026 Perris High School Prom.
