Summary:
|
The Perris Union High School District (“District”) is undertaking an improvement project at the Paloma Valley High School, located at 31375 Bradley Road, Menifee, CA 92584. The Project will consist of an addition to and remodel of an existing administration building, construction of a new multi-purpose room, a reconfiguration of an existing parking lot, addition of a new stoplight at the student entrance from Bradley Road in the parking lot, and relocation of an existing auto shop.
The District has determined that the improvement is categorically exempt from further CEQA review pursuant to California Code of Regulations, Title 14, sections, 15301, 15302, 15303, and 15314. As such, the District desires to file a Notice of Exemption from CEQA.
This Resolution determines that the improvement project is exempt from CEQA and authorizes staff to file a Notice of Exemption.
