Summary:
|
The District has amended Agreement CEDSV197 with Blue Water Educational Consulting to design, develop and implement a comprehensive Tiered System of Support Framework (TSSF) for students at all secondary site campuses and work collaboratively with district and site administrators.
Blue Water Consulting is currently working with Pinacate Middle School and Perris High School and will expand its services to include all school sites conducting a detailed analysis, developing a clearly defined goal and plan, and communicating that to all educational partners by the fall of 2023.
This Amendment No. 1 includes six (6) district/site visits during the second semester of the 2022-23 school year for the purpose of implementing a comprehensive TSSF for students at all secondary site campuses within the District. It also increases the cost of services by an amount not to exceed $13,500, making the total cost of the contract not to exceed $49,500.
This Amendment No. 1 is being brought forth to the Board as ratification due to the increased and immediate need to analyze site and district practices and policies at all school sites.

The cost for this item is included in the 2022-23 operating budget funded through Title IV Funds, not the General Fund.
