The District's participation is led by a dedicated UCS liaison at each site, who will coordinate efforts to promote inclusion, respect, and acceptance through sports and other activities. This liaison will work closely with school staff, administration, and student leaders to develop a Unified Champion School Annual Work Plan, engage student youth leaders, and ensure that all planned activities are successfully implemented. The District recognizes the importance of these initiatives in creating a unified school community and will support the liaison in their efforts to monitor program activities and report on student participation.
