Summary:
|
The District requests to utilize the Hesperia Unified School District Bid #21/22-004 for Bread and Bakery Products as Awarded to Galasso's Bakery for fresh bread products. The Hesperia Unified School District conducted a competitive solicitation process to purchase fresh-baked products and awarded the contract to Galasso’s Bakery on March 14, 2022. This contract is piggybackable and will be valid from July 1, 2022, through June 30, 2023. After thorough consideration, the District has determined that it is in the District's best interest to piggyback off of Bid #21/22-004 for the 2022-23 school year.

The cost for this item will be included in the 2022-23 operating budget funded through Nutrition Services, not the General Fund.
