Summary:
|
The Perris Union High School District would like to enter into a Multi-Year Agreement with the Riverside County Office of Education to hire one (1) Career Technical Education (CTE) Instructor to provide career preparation and exploration training to middle school students at the California Military Institute. CTE preparation and exploration are given in classrooms equipped with industry standards. The modules will engage students in authentic problem-based learning experiences as they discover their interests and aptitudes and provide a model for success.
This Agreement covers the following Career Technical Education instructor at the cost of $114,483.00, including salary and benefits per teacher. There is also a 3% support services fee. The total dollar amount of the Agreement shall be $117,917 annually.
1.0 FTE - CTE Career Exploration
The term of this Agreement shall be two (2) years, from July 1, 2022, through June 30, 2024.

The cost for this item will be included in the 2022-23, and 2023-24 operating budgets funded through the California Military Institute Local Control Accountability Plan Supplemental and Concentration Funds, not the Charter School General Fund.
