Summary:
|
On February 10, 2021, the District entered into a Master Agreement IN-70031 with the Riverside County Superintendent of Schools for the Career Technical Education (CTE) Program, offering career preparation training to high school students. The CTE currently provides training in multiple career areas based on current and future labor market demands. CTE training is given in classrooms equipped to industry standards. Classes are a combination of classroom instruction and on-the-job training taught by CTE instructors in the industry who are credentialed by the State of California to teach in their areas of expertise.
This Agreement allows for Liberty High School’s (LHS) TV/Video Instructor to teach a 7th period, not to exceed 180 hours. The cost for Agreement IN-80499 for Extra Duty Services at LHS is $11,170.48.
The term of this Agreement is from July 1, 2022, through June 30, 2023.
This Agreement is being brought before the Board as ratification due to the untimely receipt of the contract from the Riverside County Superintendent of Schools.
