Summary:
|
The Perris Union High School District has five schools (Heritage High School, Liberty High School, Paloma Valley High School, Perris High School, and Pinacate Middle School) certified through RIMS Advancement Via Individual Determination (AVID) and AVID Center in San Diego. This contract covers the licensing fee in addition to the support each site receives from personnel at RIMS AVID and AVID Center. Support includes coaching for AVID site coordinators, site teams, site administration, and district administration, assistance with data management of the AVID program, site visits, writing of the site plan, the annual certification self-study, and implementation of the plans. Liberty High School will be purchasing the AVID Secondary Library Package and the AVID Summer Institute or DigitalXP Registration Fee.
The total cost of services is $17,610. This Agreement shall be from July 1, 2022, through June 30, 2023.
This Agreement is being brought before the Board as ratification due to the untimely receipt of the quote.
