Summary:
|
The District recommends the addition of hourly pay rates for classified substitute positions in specialized areas to help the District attract, recruit, and retain quality classified substitutes. Approval of this recommendation would establish substitute classified hourly pay rates specific to Paraeducator-SC, Paraeducator-SH, HVAC Technician, and Translator. The rates are aligned with the hourly rate for step one of the salary range for each classification as indicated in the current CSEA salary schedule.
The proposed Classified Substitute Hourly Salary Schedule #12B, is attached for approval.
