Summary:
|
Torrance Unified School District conducted a competitive bidding process to purchase classroom and office furniture and awarded a contract to Office Solutions/Blue Space Interiors. The District wishes to purchase furniture for use throughout the District on an as-needed basis under the piggyback bid number 10-04.09.19 and all subsequent renewals pursuant to Education Code, Sections 17596 and 81644.
The term of the original Agreement is from June 1, 2019, through June 30, 2020, and may be extended yearly by mutual consent through June 30, 2024. This Agreement has been extended through May 2, 2022.
