Summary:
|
The Perris Union High School District recommends entering into an Agreement for Professional Services with Team Select Home Care for the 2024-25 school year, including the Extended School Year (ESY). These services will provide Licensed Private Nurse (LPN) services at a cost of $68.00 per hour. These services would be provided to an individual student in accordance with their IEP.
The term of this Agreement shall be from July 1, 2024, through June 30, 2025, at a total estimated cost of $90,000.
