Summary:

The Heritage High School (HHS) Future Farmers of America (FFA) Officers would like to attend the Riverside Section Leadership Conference in Angelus Oaks, California, November 19-20, 2021. The Perris FFA Officers Retreat is a critical component of the leadership program in the FFA organization. FFA makes a positive difference in students' lives by developing their potential for premier leadership, personal growth, and career success through agricultural education. This conference is a premier leadership event offered by the Riverside Section FFA Officer Team and is jam-packed with learning, growth, and inspiration. Scheduled activities include leadership workshops, team-building exercises, and bonding activities between members. This year's conference will be hosted at Crazzy's Wasewagan Camp & Retreat in Angelus Oaks, California. This is an overnight field trip of one (1) night, with nine (9) students and two (2) adult chaperones. Transportation will be provided via site vehicles.

The cost for this item is included in the 2021-22 operating budget funded through Heritage High School's Associated Student Body Future Farmers of America Fund, not the General Fund.
