Summary:
|
The Perris Union High School District is requesting to utilize the Hesperia Unified School District Bid #21/22-004 for Bread and Bakery Products as awarded to Galasso's Bakery (Supplier) for fresh bread products. The Hesperia Unified School District conducted a competitive solicitation process to purchase freshly baked products and awarded the contract to Galasso's Bakery on March 14, 2022. The Supplier agreed to a "Piggyback" clause on this contract, allowing other Districts to utilize the contract under the same terms and conditions and will be valid from July 1, 2023, through June 30, 2024. After thorough consideration, the District has determined that it is in the District's best interest to piggyback off of Bid #21/22-004 for the 2023-24 school year.
The cost for bread and bakery products is approximately $110,000 based on current needs.
