The Perris High School Associated Student Body (ASB) would like to enter into an Agreement with Live Nation Special Events (LN) to secure a venue for their 2025 Perris High School Winter Formal Dance.
The 2025 Winter Formal dance will be held at the Riverside Municipal Auditorium, located at 3485 Mission Inn Ave, Riverside, CA on Friday, December 19, 2025, from 7:00 - 11:00 PM. The cost for this event venue will be $14,725 for 250 students.

The cost for this item will be included in the 2025-26 operating budget funded through the Perris High School Associated Student Body Fund, not the General Fund.

Recommendation:
