The District would like to enter into an Agreement with KONE, Inc. for elevator and wheelchair lift maintenance at various school sites districtwide for the 2023-24 school year.
The term of this Agreement shall be from July 1, 2023, through June 30, 2024. The cost for maintenance services is $5,430.78 per month, for a total cost of $65,169.36.

The cost for this item will be included in the 2023-24 operating budget funded through the Maintenance Fund, not the General Fund.
