Dena Nunnally, a Paloma Valley High School teacher, requests approval for the Paloma Valley High School Competition Cheer and Song teams to attend Varsity USA Spirit Nationals, February 15 - 19, 2024.
Paloma Valley High School Competition Cheer and Song teams have taken this trip in the past and proudly represented Paloma Valley and the District. This competition is the culmination of their competition season, and teams from across the United States will be present to compete for a national title.
The Paloma Valley Competition Cheer and Song teams humbly request that district bus transportation be provided to ensure the athletes and coaches arrive safely. Fundraising efforts made throughout the school year will cover all remaining expenses for coaches and athletes. Besides bus transportation, the District and Paloma Valley High School will not incur additional expenses for this competition.

The cost for this item is included in the 2023-24 operating budget funded through the Paloma Valley High School Associated Student Body Fund, not the General Fund.
