Summary:
|
The District recommends that the Board of Education approve the new job description for the position of Teacher on Special Assignment–Marketing and Communication (TOSA-Marketing and Communication).
Under the direction of the Assistant Superintendent of Educational Services or designee, this position will serve as the district’s primary leader in marketing and communications. The TOSA-Marketing and Communication will be responsible for planning, developing, and executing strategic communication initiatives that promote the district’s mission, programs, and priorities.
Serving as a spokesperson, media liaison, and brand ambassador, the TOSA will ensure consistent and effective communication with both internal and external stakeholders, including staff, students, families, community partners, and the media.
This position is scheduled to begin at the start of the 2025–26 school year.
