Summary:
|
The Liberty High School Associated Student Body (ASB) has chosen to contract with SOS Entertainment to retain a location for the Liberty High School Prom for 2024.
The 2024 prom will be held at the San Diego Safari Park on Saturday, April 27, 2024, from 7:00 PM - 11:00 PM, at a minimum cost of $25,000 for the minimum guarantee of 600 students and a maximum amount not to exceed $41,670. Additional tickets are $41.67 per student. The selection of this venue has been approved by the 2022-23 Junior Class students and ASB Advisor.

The cost for this item will be included in the 2023-24 operating budget funded through Liberty High School's Associated Student Body Fund, not the General Fund.
