Summary:
|
On September 16, 2015, after a competitive procurement process, the Board approved the award of a contract for security monitoring equipment to TRL Systems, Inc. (TRL). To ensure the uniformity and compatibility of the District’s security monitoring systems and to correspondingly reduce maintenance and training costs for staff, the District desires to contract directly with TRL for security monitoring equipment at the Perris High School added Facilities and the Heritage High School (HHS) and Paloma Valley High School (PVHS) Aquatics Complex Facilities that are currently under construction or have been recently completed. District Staff has requested and received proposals for this equipment from TRL. The Perris High School proposal is $98,829.01, and the HHS and PVHS Aquatics Complex proposals are $34,612.59 & $31,626.53, for a total of $165,068.13. These proposals include all necessary equipment for the security and camera system for these facilities projects.
