Summary:

OMNIA Partners Region 4 Education Service Center, as the lead agency for OMNIA Partners, conducted a competitive bidding process for Performing Arts apparel, instruments, furnishings, storage, and related services. Perris Union High School District’s participation in the purchasing alliance over the years allows us to utilize various Master Agreements entered into through OMNIA Partners. The District wishes to purchase Performing Arts apparel, instruments, furnishings, storage, and related services for use throughout the district on an as-needed basis. Staff will have the option to utilize the existing contracts within the district to find competitive pricing. Having the ability to leverage the best pricing through various master contracts and piggyback bids is in the District’s best interest. The District wishes to use the Omnia Contracts for issued OMNIA Solicitation #19-12 as awarded to: Music & Arts - R191201 Stanbury Uniforms, Inc. - R191202 Wenger Corporation - R191204 The original term of these Agreements was from November 1, 2019, through October 2022 and was renewed on May 2, 2022, through October 31, 2023. These contracts may be renewed annually for an additional one (1) year if mutually agreed upon by Region 4 ESC/OMNIA Partners, Public Sector, and awarded Vendors.
