Summary: On August 12-14, 2022, the California Cadet Corps Youth Training (CCCYT) will be holding Headquarter Drill Training at Camp San Luis Obispo.

The California Cadet Corps will be providing food and housing for all cadets attending the drill training throughout the State at no cost. The California Military Institute (CMI) will provide transportation with a District vehicle. Twelve (12) cadets and two (2) adults from CMI will attend the Drill Training.
Funding: The cost for this item will be included in the 2022-23 operating budget funded through the Charter MOU-CMD Fund, not the Charter General Fund.
Recommendation: It is recommended that the Board of Trustees approve the overnight field trip request for California Military Institute cadets to attend the California Cadet Corps Headquarter Drill Training at Camp San Luis Obispo, August 12-14, 2022.
