Summary:
|
Perris Union High School District would like to enter into an Agreement for Professional Services with Preferred Interpreting Service, LLC to provide American Sign Language interpreting for the 2021-22 school year. The use of a certified American Sign Language interpreter is a requirement for a student’s Individual Educational Plan (IEP). Additionally, interpreting services may be provided remotely, as required by the District.
The term of this Agreement shall be from July 1, 2021, through June 30, 2022, at a total cost not to exceed $81,462.50.

The cost for this item will be included in the 2021-22 operating budget funded through Special Education, not the General Fund.
