Summary:
|
The County of Orange Public Works (OC Public Works) issued and awarded Bid IFB-080-C033959-DC-2 to Waterline Technologies, Inc. (Waterline) on September 30, 2021. Waterline worked with OC Public Works a piggyback clause to the Bid, making it available to public agencies, public and private school districts, and public and private colleges and universities. The District wishes to utilize this Agreement pursuant to Education Code Sections 17596 and 81644 as an option to purchase Chemicals, Acids, and Inorganic for use on pool maintenance throughout the District on an as-needed basis.
The original term of this Agreement is for five (5) years, from September 30, 2021, through September 29, 2026.
