Summary:
|
The District would like to enter into an Agreement with IMEG Corp. for mechanical engineering services to perform a comprehensive assessment of each HVAC unit in the District (except for Liberty High School) so that a scope of work can be developed for the use of ESSER and available grant funding. The assessment will include a complete review and evaluation of each HVAC unit so that recommendations can be made for maintenance, replacement, or upgrades, including any ventilation and filtration adjustments. IMEG Corp will also use information gathered through equipment assessments to work with the District to develop a unit replacement priority list and provide an opinion of probable construction costs. The fixed cost for these services will be $86,440, with any additional services as outlined in the attached proposal to be performed on a time and material basis.
