In 2023, the California School Employees Association and its California Military Institute Chapter 778 were officially recognized as the exclusive representatives of the classified employees of the California Military Institute. The parties are jointly submitting their initial proposal for the inaugural collective bargaining agreement. The attached proposal will list the articles that will be addressed through negotiations.
