Summary:
|
The Perris Union High School District would like to enter into an Agreement with Addiction Treatment Technologies, LLC, DBA Care Solace. The District is recommending this service in order to support parents and students with obtaining treatment services in the area of mental health and substance abuse. Care Solace will provide a District branded website containing a vetted list of service providers. These match providers will work with families' insurance or through public assistance, procure appointments and services, and provide telephone customer service support (Monday-Friday, 7:30 am to 8:30 pm, Pacific time) to families and students of the District. The term of this Agreement shall be from July 1, 2022, through June 30, 2023.

The cost for this item will be included in the 2022-23 operating budget funded through Local Control Accountability Plan Supplemental and Concentration Funds, not the General Fund.
