Summary:

On December 18, 2019, the Perris Union High School District Board of Trustees adopted Resolution No. 15:19-20 to purchase furniture for use throughout the District on an as-needed basis under the Arvin Unified School District’s piggyback bid number 2018-19-001. Now, the District wishes to use this piggyback to purchase various school furnishings, office furniture, and accessories to furnish the Perris High School Administrative Building as part of the Perris High School Completion Project in an amount estimated to be $615,000, and for the Human Resources Office Remodel Project in an amount estimated to be $200,000. The funding for Perris High School will be funded through various facilities funds, and Human Resources will be funded through the general fund. This Resolution No. 19:21-22 stipulates the total cost of said furnishing as well as determines that minor installation costs of 15% are incidental to the total amount to be paid by the District under the Arvin USD Contract.
