Summary:
|
The Perris Union High School District would like to enter into a Master Services Agreement with Leighton Consulting, Inc. for geotechnical, material testing, and special inspection services for projects as needed. Leighton will provide services for the Paloma Valley Additions and Alterations Project pursuant to the Scope of Work Agreement. Title 24, Part 1, Section 4-335 requires that tests of geotechnical conditions and materials for construction projects under the jurisdiction of the Division of State Architects (DSA) be performed by testing facilities acceptable to the DSA. The services are being provided at an estimated cost of $467,248.
The term of this Master Services Agreement shall be for five (5) years from October 19, 2023, through October 18, 2028.

The cost for this item is included in the 2023-24 operating budget funded through Various Facilities Funds, not the General Fund.
