Summary: To maintain parity among all employee groups, the District recommends the salary schedules for all unrepresented employees (confidential, certificated management, classified management, and other unrepresented employees) be increased by six and forty-four one-hundredths percent (6.44%) effective January 1, 2023.

Like other employee groups, unrepresented employees (confidential, certificated management, classified management, and other unrepresented employees) shall receive a one-time, off-schedule payment of $4,000.00. This off-schedule payment shall be paid in November 2022 (5M pay warrant).
Funding: The cost for this item is included in the 2022-23 budget.
Recommendation: It is recommended that the Board of Trustees approve the salary increase for management, confidential, and unrepresented employees.
