Summary:
|
The Perris Union High School District’s (PUHSD) Perris High School Completion Phase Project, includes the addition of a new 24x60 single-story modular concession building to be installed at the stadium. The District has requested a proposal from American Modular Systems (AMS) for this modular building. The proposal from AMS is based upon PUHSD utilizing the provisions of the piggybackable Reef-Sunset Unified School District Supply Services Contract.
The Reef-Sunset Unified School District conducted a competitive solicitation process for the Services Contract with AMS. On September 20, 2018, Reef-Sunset Unified School District awarded the contract to AMS in accordance with all terms and conditions listed in the bid proposal documents. It is in the District’s best interest to utilize this piggybackable contract for the addition of a new modular concession building for the Perris High School Completion Phase Project. The Contract with AMS has been extended for a one (1) year period commencing October 31, 2021, through October 31, 2022. The cost of this 24x40 DSA Relocatable Concession building with AMS is $435,680.

It is recommended that the Board of Trustees approve the use of the Reef-Sunset Unified School District Piggyback Supply Services Contract as awarded to American Modular Systems and approve the Agreement for the purchase of a relocatable concession building at Perris High School.
