Summary: Perris Union High School District has received one-time funding via the A–G Completion Improvement Grant Program that was established by Assembly Bill 130, Article 9 added by Stats 2021, Ch.44, Sec. 24, for the purpose of providing additional supports to Local Educational Agencies (LEA) to help increase the number of California high school pupils, particularly unduplicated pupils, who graduate from high school with A–G eligibility.

The A–G Completion Improvement Grant Program requires LEAs report to the State Superintendent of Public Instruction (SSPI) on or before December 31, 2023, on how they are measuring the impact of the funds received under this section on their A–G completion rate, as identified within their plan, and the outcomes based on those measurements.

Perris Union High School District's administration will present their A-G Completion Improvement Grant Plan for the Board of Trustees' review and consideration.
