Summary:
|
Etiwanda School District (ESD) issued and awarded Bid No. 22/23-041 to Hillyard, Inc. on November 18, 2022. Hillyard worked with ESD a piggyback clause to the bid making it available to any and all public agencies, public and private school districts, as well as public and private colleges and universities. The District wishes to utilize this Agreement and all subsequent renewals pursuant to Education Code Sections 17596 and 81644 as an option to purchase janitorial and sanitation products for use throughout the district on an as-needed basis.
The term of this Agreement shall be from November 18, 2022, through November 17, 2023. This contract may be extended for up to two (2) additional years for a total of three (3) years.
