Summary: PUHSD administration is recommending an increase to the health and welfare contribution for District Management employees.  The Principal/Commandant position at CMI is an employee of PUHSD and would be provided the same benefits as PUHSD Management employees. - Effective July 1, 2021, the cap for single coverage will increase by $75, and the cap for two-party and family coverage will increase by $225.  As a result, the Anthem cap for single coverage will become $10,775, the cap for two-party coverage will become $19,050, and the cap for family coverage will become $18,050.  The Kaiser cap for single coverage will become $10,775, the cap for two-party coverage will become $16,750, and the cap for family coverage will become $15,750.

- Effective July 1, 2022, the cap for single coverage will increase by $350, and the cap for two-party and family coverage will increase by $800.  As a result, the Anthem cap for single coverage will become $11,125, the cap for two-party coverage will become $19,850, and the cap for family coverage will become $18,850.  The Kaiser cap for single coverage will become $11,125, the cap for two-party coverage will become $17,550, and the cap for family coverage will become $16,550.
