Summary:

In accordance with the Commission on Teacher Credentialing regulations, the Governing Board of a school district is required to adopt a Declaration of Need at a regularly scheduled public meeting certifying that there is an insufficient number of certificated persons who meet the District's specified employment criteria for the positions listed in the attachment. This Declaration is for the General Education Limited Assignment Teaching Permits for the 2022-23 school year.
