Summary:
|
The Val Verde Unified School District (VVUSD) conducted a competitive bidding process for the purchase of Classroom and Office supplies and awarded a contract to Southwest School & Office Supplies (VVUSD Contract). VVUSD authorized other public agencies, including the District, to participate in the VVUSD Contract. The VVUSD Contract will allow the District to purchase classroom and office supplies through their catalog pricing at a discounted rate and offer next-day delivery to sites. With this Contract in place and other classroom supplies ordering solutions already in place, the District will afford a competitive edge and gain added savings.
The term of this Contract is from June 15, 2022, through June 14, 2023, with one (1) additional year remaining on the extension per the bid documents.
