Summary:
|
The Liberty High School Associated Student Body (ASB) has chosen to contract with SOS Entertainment (SOS) for 2023-24 ASB Club events. These events include parent nights, athletic events, school dances, etc. SOS will provide a variety of packages to choose from that include professional DJ services, lighting design, mixing consoles, small stages, PA speakers, photo booths, backdrops, and more.
The term of this Agreement shall be for one (1) year from July 1, 2023, through June 30, 2024, at a cost not to exceed $30,000, based on anticipated ASB events for the 2023-24 school year.

The cost for this item will be included in the 2023-24 operating budget funded through Liberty High School's Associated Student Body Fund, not the General Fund.
