Summary:
|
To maintain parity among all employee groups, the District recommends the salary schedules for all unrepresented employees (confidential, certificated, classified management, and unrepresented classified employees) be increased consistent with the Tentative Agreement recently reached between the District and the Perris Secondary Educators Association (PSEA). This increase includes an on-schedule salary increase of four percent (4%) retroactive to July 1, 2021, for all employees in paid status as of December 1, 2021, a second on schedule increase of two percent (2%) effective July 1, 2022, and a third on schedule two percent (2%) increase effective July 1, 2023.
