Summary:

The District's Educational Services Department has recommended updates in our district-wide course materials. At this point, we are looking at the Spanish textbook adoption. This will be followed by revising the Spanish courses to align with the new textbooks.
During the 2022-23 school year, the World Language Spanish teachers piloted materials from two publishers, Vista Higher Learning and Carnegie. All the district schools were involved in the Spanish pilot for high school and middle school courses. Each teacher received class sets, Teacher Resource Kits (per course), and copies of the student workbooks from Carnagie and Vista Higher Learning.
