Summary:
|
The Perris Union High School District (the District) identified the need for supplemental services to the District’s HVAC Department operations. These supplemental services are needed at times when the District’s HVAC Staff is not able to address HVAC issues due to the volume and complexities of these issues that can at times occur throughout the District. In order to procure supplemental HVAC Services, the District conducted a competitive informal bidding process for HVAC Services and Repairs. The District issued Informal Bid #121421 on November 30, 2021, and received two (2) bids on December 14, 2021. Bidders were required to supply labor and material unit prices for HVAC services and repair tasks as outlined in bid #121421. After a thorough review of the bids, the District wishes to award the bid for these supplemental services to Millar Heating and Air and F.M. Thomas Air Conditioning, Inc. for HVAC Services and Repairs.
The term of this Agreement shall be for a one (1) year period from January 20, 2022, through January 19, 2023.

The cost of this item is included in the 2021-22 operating budget funded through Routine Maintenance, not the General Fund.
