Summary: The Perris Union High School District would like to enter into an Agreement with Jostens for the purchase of senior products and memorabilia. These products include items such as: senior rings, diploma covers, tassels, sashes, cap and gowns, photos, etc. These products will be available for purchase by students directly, ASB clubs, and the school site. There is no fiscal impact to approve the contract, however, should the site order utilizing school site funds, a Purchase Order will be drawn for the expenditure and will be included in the Report of Purchases. The term of this Agreement shall be from July 1, 2025, through June 30, 2026. This Agreement includes up to four (4) additional one (1) year terms in accordance with Education Code 17596.
Funding: No fiscal impact unless a Purchase Order is drawn.
Recommendation: It is recommended that the Board of Trustees approve the Agreement with Jostens for senior products and memorabilia.
