Summary:
|
The Perris Union High School District contracts annually with the Riverside County Superintendent of Schools (RCSS) in order to provide information systems support services for the current fiscal year.
Services for 2024-25 include:
- Standard Galaxy Support
- Report Processing and Distribution
- Standard RCOE Training Support
- Standard Retirement Reporting and Support
- Galaxy Development
The term of this Agreement shall be from July 1, 2024, through June 30, 2025, at an estimated total cost of $108,291.77 based on FY 2023-24 CALPADS enrollment (10,929 for PUHSD and 1,044 for CMI). The District’s portion of services is $98,897.25, which includes fees for Standard Reporting of $480 and direct deposits of $821.28. The cost for the California Military Institute’s (CMI) portion of services is $9,394.52.
