Summary:

On April 26, 2024, the Perris Union High School District (“The District”) issued a formal Notice Inviting Bids for the Liberty High School Modular Site Work Project (“The Project”). This project includes the site work and utility connections necessary for six (6) portables to be installed at Liberty High School. The bid opening was held on May 22, 2024. Responsive Bids were submitted as follows:
CONTRACTOR / BASE BID
Bogh Engineering LLC / $1,397,000
Miller Construction / $1,475,000
R. Jensen Co., Inc. / $1,670,000
JM Builders, Inc. / $1,766,000
The bid documents of the apparent low bidder were reviewed and a post interview was conducted with said bidder. Pursuant to Public Contract Code 20111, the District is recommending the award of contract to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder, Bogh Engineering LLC.

The cost for this item will be included in the 2023-24 and 2024-25 operating budgets funded through Various Facilities Funds, not the General Fund.
