The District requests approval of the Maintenance Agreement with KONE Inc. for elevator and wheelchair lift maintenance at various school sites districtwide for the 2021-22 school year.
The term of this Agreement shall be from July 1, 2021, through June 30, 2022. The cost for services is $32,100.00, payable in twelve (12) monthly installments of $2,675.00.

The cost for this item will be included in the 2021-22 operating budget funded through the Maintenance Fund, not the General Fund.
