Summary:
|
The District’s Risk Management Office has a very aggressive ergonomic program that incorporates individual workplace evaluations, ergonomic equipment, training, body mechanics and workstation adjustments. By attending this conference, Risk Management will have access to ergonomic experts across the country and the opportunity to bring back concepts that promote employee wellness and productivity. In addition, the expo will provide hands-on experience with ergonomic equipment and new ideas for workplace design; continuing the District’s efforts of creating a safe work environment.
The expense of this conference will be covered entirely by the Riverside Schools Risk Management Authority.
