Summary:
|
The District is requesting to again contract with Best Best and Krieger LLP for legal services. The services are intended to be used primarily by the Special Education Department, but other departments within the District may use the services as well. Best Best and Krieger LLP has considerable experience working with school districts and can ensure that the District receives high-quality legal support.
The term of this Agreement shall be for five (5) years from July 1, 2021, through June 30, 2026. The hourly rate for services for 2021-22 will range from $178 to $294 per hour and will be charged to Special Ed or various other funding sources as appropriate if other departments choose to utilize these services.
