Summary:
|
All parties, including Perris Union High School District (PUHSD), Riverside County of Education (RCOE), and the parent on behalf of the student, have agreed to a confidential Settlement Agreement. The Settlement Agreement, funded by RCOE, will reimburse PUHSD (the Agreement stipulates a PUHSD teacher or a non-public agency) the cost of tutoring services through the home hospital model of thirty (30) hours between the date of execution of the Agreement through October 31, 2021. Hours not used by this time will be forfeited. The parent requested one (1) of our PUHSD teachers render this service.
The term of this Agreement shall be from February 9, 2021 through October 31, 2021, at a total cost not to exceed $1,600.
This Agreement is being taken to the Board as a ratification due to the untimely receipt of the contract from the Riverside County Superintendent of Schools.
