Summary:

Noah Conaway, Paloma Valley High School teacher and Esports Advisor, requests approval from the Board of Trustees to attend the 2022 Esports Summit in Atlanta, Georgia, November 17-20, 2022.
The 2022 Esports Summit will bring together leaders across the Esports ecosystem to connect and share best practices and strategies in entertainment, education, and brand activation. While providing global business leaders and educators a comprehensive view of the entire esports ecosystem, it will also allow Mr. Conaway opportunities for networking opportunities, presentations from industry leaders, and workshops with the most prominent names in the esports and scholastic esports industry. This conference is an invaluable crash course that covers all aspects of the esports industry and will bring the attendee up to speed on all aspects of the esports industry and where it is headed which gives Mr. Conaway, Esports advisor, valuable professional development and a competitive edge in advising Paloma Valley High School students in the field. In addition, it will provide Mr. Conaway with a birds-eye overview of all the disciplines that go into building an esports organization. The leaders in scholastic esports have cultivated panels and workshops to help support esports scholars and athletes with the best practices in esports and education.
